Karen achieved an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Communications from the University of Ottawa. Upon graduation, she began her career in corporate communications with a Toronto based IT company, until joining PTC in 2002. In 2006 Karen became PTC’s Director of Human Resources.

Susy Farro joined PTC in 2008, she graduated from Toronto School of Business with honours in the Business Administration program. Susy started at PTC as a Candidate Services Consultant where she worked closely with candidates, interviewing and assisting them in their job search. 

Currently Susy works in our Marketing department and she also acts as a liaison for candidates who are currently on contract.  

Joan completed her College education in the UK and began her career in Canada. After 12 years in the publishing business as a Manager she left to spend 2 years in the U.S.

Since returning to Canada she has worked closely with the Director of a multinational company, and looked after their Franchise Operations. Joan joined PTC to use her skills gained in management and her hiring skills gained over the years.
