Hello Bruce, 

Thanks for the followup; it confirms your status as a professional company, thru and thru.  I have always seen PTC in that light; working with other agencies never went beyond the one single assignment, whereas PTC definitely made me feel like much more than another number or resume.  I respect and admire true professionals; PTC has had that feather in the hat moreso than any of the others I've worked with.

Dear Joan,

You asked if I would provide you with some feedback with regard to our meeting yesterday.  Rather than type out a response immediately upon arriving back in my office, I though it best to think matters through overnight.  I'll share with you here a couple of impressions.
