In terms of candidates to fill assignments, does PTC specialize
in a particular experience level?
We provide well qualified candidates for accounting and finance related positions; from Junior Accountant to CFO. PTC has served organizations in virtually all industry sectors; from financial institutions to not-for-profit organizations, and everything in between.
Can PTC help my organization with a full-time placement?
We specialize solely in the placement of interim (ie. contract and temporary) finance and accounting resources – this is our area of expertise. We strongly believe that providing interim resources is a highly specialized niche, requiring expertise far different than those required to place full-time resources. PTC is well equipped to service an immediate need, while you search for a full-time resource, in order to help “fill the gap” which may be created by a vacancy within your organization.
Is there a minimum or maximum contract length?
The length of contract is determined by your specific need – there is no minimum or maximum length. PTC has been successful in providing highly skilled candidates for roles ranging from only a few days to several years. Depending on your unique need, we can assist you with roles that require full-time hours as well as part-time (less than five days per week) contract resources.
